Are those eyeballs just stuck into the geometry or are you using some kind of fix-to-surface tag? And the blink is just scaling the pupils down a whole bunch, right?

I have a problem with the nulls’ axys, the Z direction is in Y and viceversa, and when I animate the position of this null all is a caos, I’m seeing in your video you have the same problem. Do you know how resolve this?
